Wasps Unveil Kent Stadium Plans for Long-Term Future
Wasps have announced plans to build a new stadium in Kent as they look to commit their long-term future to the county. The club, who entered administration last year and were subsequently relegated from the Premiership, are working with Sevenoaks District Council to identify a suitable location for a new ground.
The move marks a new chapter in the club’s history, having previously played in London, High Wycombe and Coventry. While the new stadium is under construction, Wasps will explore temporary facilities in Kent. The club has also agreed an option to use Worcester Warriors’ Sixways ground for both training and playing purposes.
